Cause and effect tasting
This Wednesday, September 11th
This is an interactive class to educate
on the effects of different flavors on
four different types of wines.
Classes will be one hour sessions and
6 attendees maximum at each session
Compare/Contrast Wine and Food Sampling
Two sittings: 5:00 and 6:30 pm
This is a wine tasting. Not a wine dinner
What to expect:
We will be pouring four different wines
one white, two reds and one sweet
You’ll start by tasting the first wine alone
then all four food samples: salt, acid, fat and sweet
with each wine to discover
how food and wine affect each other!
The sampling should take about an hour,
long enough to enjoy be surprised
and chat among your friends.
So you don't forget, you'll be given a chart for each wine
to mark down your experiences.

Little Italy Wines Clambake
The annual Little Italy Wines Clambake/Toga party
will be on Sunday, October 13th at the MCC club
on Murray Hill Road below Michaelangelo's Restaurant.
It will begin at 1:00 and end around 7:00 or so.
Clambakes will be ready around 3:00.
We will as usual have additional TBD food inside
so if you do not want a bake you wont go hungry.
Gary Lee and Joe Abate will be there for entertainment.
